Can you replace a graphics card in an HP Pavilion p6510f?

I did a little research on it and it said the graphics card was integrated. I don't really know what that means but i want to get a better card so I can run SC2 on high. I am not sure if it is possible. The specs on my computer are AMD Athlon II X4 Processor 4 cores 4 GB RAM 750GB memory. If it is possible what card should I get to run SC2 on high?
