Hang in there as she is on hormones that really mess with a girl. Just don't be a door mat or she won't respect you in the end. Tell her you love her and when she figures it out that you may be there or not. Then just wait. Whatever you do, don't have sex with her again until she commits back to you. You can get an STD or lose her for other reasons. Then in the next life, marry the girl you want to keep first as it puts you in much more control of what is going on. As a guy, you have so much too lose and so does your child if the girl flakes out permanently. Best to you.
