Im confused about Harry Potter actors.Can you tell me if this is the same guy?

I was watching Harry Potter Goblet of fire and I think but Im not sure that guy that plays Edward in twilight was in it.Apparently he must be a great actor.Why is it that he hasn't won academy awarda for his amazing acting ability?
