Does the ultimate edition of the Harry Potter movies come with an extended edtion of the movie?

I was thinking about buying some of the ultimate editions of the movie, and found out that movies have a few minutes of extra scenes that are played on ABCfamily. My question is though, does the ultimate edition oh Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire of the Order of the Phoenix include in the extra minutes of movie scenes or is it just for TV?
