Questions about increasing chest hairs?

Ok so I am sixteen years old. And i want chest hair. I know you girls (and a few guys are like, ewww! Well i am not really trying to impress anyone). Anyway, I have a few hairs (had more but shaved it off in a hopeful attempt for it to grow back thicker. But are there any tricks to help encourage growth? I have read and tried the thing about gently rubbing your chest with a toothbrush to help the follicles grow more hair, and rubbing onions on your chest helps give the follicles more oxygen to help it grow. But I am not sure if this works? Please can anyone tell me about tricks and stuff that they did to help their chest hairs grow more? I really want it because I think that it is really cool and it helps me feel more like a man. Thanks!

I'm looking for some kind of a "virtual shrink" I've googled it. there is a website called virtual shrink but I think it is a computer program not an actual person. Is there some free service like that? I'm really messed up I think I'm depressed and unmotivated...kind of stuck...but I'm not an expert. it can be a website or even a person to talk to that would be great. I'm not very hopeful but guess I did had to try anyway.
